ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in FMCG industry who is looking for high qualified candidate for STORE TRAINING & RECRUITMENT MANAGER position at the moment.

  • Working Location: HCMC
  • Report to: HR Director

Main duties:

1. Training:

• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs.

• Developing an overall or individualized training and development plan addressing needs, expectations and customer experience.

• Designing and deploying training programs for all levels of sales advisors and supervisors at stores specifically tailoring to the individual needs of each store, businesses and service requirements in a wide variety of training methods and technology.

• In partnership with Operations team to develop coaching skills for store management team (Store Supervisor, Store Manager, Group Store Manager).

• Monitoring and evaluating training program's effectiveness, success and report on them in order to track the improvement in the performance of each Sales Advisors and implement key learnings from evaluation for better training programs in future.

• Developing learning and development policy and managing training budget.

2. Recruitment:

• Managing full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing candidates to closing positions for store

• Initiating and executing new ideas for improving talent acquisition process and performance.

• Developing talent acquisition policy and procedure for stores.

• Building employer value proposition strategy and executing Employer Branding plan.

Job Requirement

• A minimum of 3 years' training management experiences, ideally in retail industry

• Proven track record in designing and executing store front training programs successfully.

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, gamification, etc).

• Maintaining a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

• Strong Communication and leadership skills ...

• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals

• Energetic, self-motivated, strong track record as a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
