ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Packaging industry who is looking for  SALES MANAGER  (Packaging) high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

Working Location: HO CHI MINH

Report to: General Director 

1. Actively develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum potential sales are realized. 

2. Actively increase sales volume from new projects of current key customers.

3. Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Production, TC/Packaging, etc.) to meet customer’s requirement for new projects.

4. Coordinate with other departments for customer visit/meeting/audit

5. Handle, control orders from customers, check price and input data on system 

6. Carry out or commission research in the company’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities 

7. Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities

8. Actively conduct meetings with existing and potential customers in order to develop current customer relationships and to create new/potential customer relationships 

9. Formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives. 

10. Acquire new customers and generate leads for new accounts or projects to achieve business and financial targets and grow the business 

11. People Development:

Ensure that his/her direct report (s) has the necessary competencies and resources to deliver against the annual targets and long-term plans

Propose appropriate trainings to ensure adequate competency in required areas. 


Job Requirement


- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field of Business Management, Business Administration or Engineering


- 8 years minimum work experience in sales key account management or business development


- Expert knowledge in compiling numbers and creating Excel spreadsheets including business plans

- Excellent verbal and written English language skill

- Excellent English presentation skill

- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship skills to work well with customers and employees from different departments/levels in the organization

- Strong negotiation, communication and conflict management skills

- Strong problem solving skills


- High level of initiative, commitment and integrity

- Able to respond immediately to issues of the customers and team members

- Able to work under pressured environment and changing requirements of the customers

- Able to perform and carry out jobs with less supervision from immediate superior

- Able to align with immediate superior to get strategic decision and critical impact of a decision



  • Salary: $2000 - $2500 gross + 13th & 14th month salary, health care, team building, training opportunities
  • Working day: Monday to Friday
