SENIOR R&D MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in FMCG (Food) Industry who is looking for SENIOR R&D MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: HCMC
• Salary: 3000 - 4000 USD
• Report to: CEO

DESCRIPTION:

• Leads cross-functional teams in the technical aspects of product development.

• Evaluates and reports on new product/process development improvement and troubleshooting projects.

• Independently initiates, investigates, and implements significant new formulations.

• Acts as a technical consultant to all operating units of the company on formulation/processes issues related to assigned projects/products.

• Completes technical assessments for evaluation of new product/process opportunities.

• Evaluates and makes recommendations for the application of new ingredient/processes technologies.

• Assists in development of business goals for divisional team members - individually and collectively

• Fully investigates, develops, and presents alternatives for implementation.

• Manages projects and plant costs (testing and implementation)

• Develops and maintains project plans, identifies critical paths and resources required.

• Assists in maintaining sanitation, inventory, and equipment operation.

• Maintains an accurate record of work activities in lab notebooks: objectives of test, accurate formulas, processes conditions, required equipment and equipment setup.

• Attends classes/seminars to improve technical, interpersonal, and managerial skills.

• Other tasks assigned by the CEO.

• B.S. Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or similar Science

• Minimum of 10 years of Product Development, R&D experience - From Concept to Commercialization

• An extensive Ingredient and Flavor applications experience

• Strong business acumen and demonstrate business knowledge.

• Company or customer associates and experience in a team-oriented environment is required.
• Well-versed in speaking & written English communication.

• Salary: 3000 - 4000 USD
