SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the IT industry and is looking for a Senior Product Designer high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Hanoi
• Working time: Monday - Friday 
• Salary: 30 - 42 mil (Net)

MAIN DUTIES: 

UI Design:

• Design and maintain UI elements with a focus on typography, weight, density, and balance.
• Create engaging animations that enhance user experience.
• Establish visual hierarchy through effective layout, grouping, and hierarchy techniques.

Interaction Design:

• Apply human-computer interaction principles to develop intuitive interaction designs.
• Ensure designs are accessible across devices, languages, and for users with low vision.

Design Tools:

• Proficiently use design tools such as Figma, Webflow, Spline, and Blender.
• Build and maintain design systems, ensuring consistent use across products.

UX Design:

• Conduct user research, including human psychology, user personas, scenarios, customer journeys, interviews, and user testing.
• Architect features through ERD, features prioritization, and usability principles (learnability, memorability, efficiency).
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design ideas.
• Utilize UX tools such as Figma, FigJam, Theydo, and Maze for design and research purposes.

Front-End Code:

• Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with development teams.

• Stay updated on new technologies and libraries to enhance product quality and performance.

Problem Solving:

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address design and usability challenges.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and users to ensure alignment and clarity.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and product quality.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Webflow, Spline, and Blender.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
