FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the IT industry  and is looking for a Fullstack Developer high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Hanoi
• Working time: Monday - Friday 
• Salary: 40 mil (Net)

MAIN DUTIES: 

• Collaborate with teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of the desired product
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Research, try and apply new technologies to the products
• Optimize system to ensure it meets performance, security metrics
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
• Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Expert in one of the programming languages: Golang, PHP, Java, Javascript, Python, Ruby … and prefer code with Golang/ VueJS
• Willing to learn new programming languages, and new technologies and improve problem-solving skills
• Experience in software engineering and microservice
• Familiar with database (SQL + NoSQL) is a plus
• Passion for product development with millions of users
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
• High-quality organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
