SALES SPECIALIST

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Digital Marketing Services industry and is looking for a Sales Specialist high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm).
• Basic Range: Basic salary 18 - 30mil. In addition, the commission can reach up to 40mil VND depending on your experience and performance

Responsibilities

• Introduce and consult on company's service packages and products to customers through phone, email, or direct interactions.
• Identify and understand the needs of clients to recommend suitable services.
  
• Seek business opportunities for the company's products/services in the market.
  
• Collaborate with relevant departments such as SEO, Content, and Technical department to develop and improve the company's products/services.
• Build and develop suitable business plans and strategies for each stage.
  
• Stay updated on market trends to adapt and make appropriate changes to products/services.
  
• Analyze and report on the activities of competitors.
  
• Report on business results and customer issues/needs.
  

• At least 3 years of experience working as a B2B salesperson, particularly in selling marketing services. 
• Proficient in sales techniques and proficient in using sales and marketing tools.

• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.
  
• Good knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and websites, …
• Proficient in using management software such as CRM and management support software.
  
• Ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and quick thinking.
  
• Ability to work under pressure.
  
• Must be honest and refrain from deceiving customers in order to close the deal. 
  

• Salary range: basic salary from 18,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND, in addition, commission can reach up to 40,000,000 VND depending on your experience and performance
