ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in FRENCH BAKERY industry who is looking for high qualified candidates for SALE REP (B2B) position at the moment.
Working location: District 2, HCMC
Report to: CEO
Functions
To increase revenues in the B2B Customers’ segment.
Build the B2B segment network customers’ list.
To organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions related to the B2B segment. To monitor competitors’ activity.
To manage the production of marketing materials to support sales activities.
Job Duties:
Be responsible for negotiating and communicating with a range of stakeholders including B2B customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
Be responsible for managing B2B customers’ relationships.
Be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases.
Be responsible for managing sales and marketing budgets.
Be responsible for arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Job Requirement
Rational Experience and Qualification
Be fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Have a preferable B2B Segment market knowledge and experience. Be able to work in a multicultural environment.
Have 2 year experience in sales.
Emotional Qualifications
Comfortable with Paris Brest culture, success factors and values.
People relational skills and proactive leadership ability.
Self awareness.
Self regulation.
Empathy.
Learning on the fly.
Ability to set priorities and follow through.
Good analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Benefits
Benefit: 6mil salary + bonus = 3% of revenue, 1 week for training onboarding, 75days for achieving target commitment
