Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Food Chain industry and is looking for Head of Operation high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Execution: Develop the country's market entry strategy, store network planning, and expansion pace to ensure smooth brand implementation. Lead preliminary site selection, construction, and license preparation to achieve full-process store launch from 0 to 1.

• Operations System Building & Standardization: Establish and refine localized operational standard systems (QSC) to safeguard core brand experiences. Manage local supply chain integration, optimize cost structures, and ensure stable supply of ingredients and materials.

• Team Building & Leadership: Build and cultivate local operations, supervision, and store core teams to foster a high-performance culture. Decode headquarters' strategies into actionable goals and lead the team to exceed performance targets.

• Performance Achievement & Growth: Directly responsible for single-store revenue, profit, and new store ROI. Quickly respond to market changes and continuously improve performance through marketing activities and refined operations.

Job Requirement

• Experience:

  • 8+ years of total operations management experience in the Chain Catering or Retail industry.

  • 3+ years of hands-on practical experience in Vietnam market entry and store expansion.

  • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale networks of 300+ stores with expertise in rapid replication of standardized operational systems (QSC).

• Languages: Fluent in Chinese, Vietnamese and the local language of the target market, enabling seamless business negotiations and cross-cultural management.
