Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the  Packaging industry and is looking for Sales Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

  • Working location: Binh Tan, Ho Chi Minh.
  • Working time: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday 
  • Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the Board of Directors and develop the strategy of the Sales Department. Develop sales plans: Conduct market research, establish pricing strategies based on market conditions and the target customer portfolio. Implement actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage & develop the Sales Department: Build a sales team, provide professional skills training for employees, assign targets/KPIs, supervise and evaluate performance, propose policies for teams/members. Increase connection among team members.
  • Manage and develop the customer portfolio: Maintain and grow customer data, increase the number of valuable customers by industry and geographic area. Consult appropriate packaging solutions for each type of product and each customer, support and handle complaints, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Improve customer care processes (if any).
  • Prepare periodic business performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly): Monitor, analyze, evaluate business performance and provide proposals/solutions to improve sales efficiency.
  • Internal coordination: Facilitate and ensure the smooth cooperation of the Sales Department with other departments based on current management processes. Contribute to process improvement (if any).

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
  • At least 03 years of experience in an equivalent position in a manufacturing company (industrial goods, machinery, packaging...) with experience working with B2B customers in MNCs ;
  • Strong skills in organizing, team management, and job coordination;
  • Planning and plan implementation skills;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Good communication in English;
  • Analytical skills; decision-making; problem-solving;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Teams.
