Job Description

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Furniture industry  and is looking for a SALES DIRECTOR high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh
  • Working time: Monday - Friday 
  • Report to: General Manager
  • Salary: 70 - 90 mil (Gross)

MAIN DUTIES: 

  • Sales: Responsible for implementing and supervising all activities related to Sales to ensure alignment with company direction and market changes.
  • Procurement: Responsible for collecting and consulting meaningful information to help General Manager make effective procurement decisions. 

Management

  • Discuss with General Manager, and set annual objectives and action plans for each team member.
  • Assign, guide, supervise and evaluate the work of team members.
  • Train and develop members on Sales skills and the ability to work more in line with Company direction.
  • Guide and advise on handling problems for team members.
  • Build and adjust processes, working manuals in charge.

Sales Planning

  • Propose short-term (1 year) sales plan in line with company direction (e.g. expansion, critical matters to tackle) and market changes. 

Pricing

  • Calculate, make and update reasonable price list to ensure sales performance achievement and maximizing profit.

Sales

  • Participate with Sales members to conduct Sales activities & relationship building/ maintaining, especially with Key Accounts and long-term partners.
  • Follow up and analyze sales data. Propose & implement approved adjustment for sales improvement. 

Supporting Procurement

  • Collect information from several sources (sales members, key accounts, networks, research,...) on market changes (price, buyng power of each product, competitors' situation). Consult concise and meaningful information to help General Manager make effective procurement decisions.
  • Propose procurement adjustments: what right products to buy - by which amount - at what price, to ensure best sales performance achievement.

Claim Management

  • Evaluate each received claim. Make decision to solve claims flexibly and effectively.
  • Propose solutions to solve complicated claims for General Manager.

Reports

  • Make assigned reports, including: sales report, market research report,…


Job Requirement

  • Graduate from College or higher.
  • From 5 years of experience in a similar position in wood industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of wood industry, area culture, principles of negotiations.
  • Solid professional knowledge and frequently update market information, market trends.
  • Ability to cooperate, communicate and negotiate with others.
  • Ability to use English in verbal and writen forms, priority for the candidate who is fluent in 2 or more languages.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
  • Ability to collect and summarize data.
  • Ability to solve problems arising in sales.
  • Ability to work in team and independently, and under pressure.
  • Honest, detailed-oriented, eager to learn and have high sense of responsibility.

Benefits

  • Salary: 70 - 90 mil VND.
