Job Description

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Agriculture industry and is looking for a RESEARCH & TECHNICAL TEAM LEADER (Gia cầm) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
- Working location: Long An (Shuttle Bus)
- Salary: Negotiable
- Report to: BOD/ Animal R&T Manager
MAIN DUTIES:
1/ Lead R&T poultry team effective working
Conducting poultry nutrient trial in hiring farm or customer farm or contract farm
Poultry market survey to evaluate market situation
Competitor feed collection and competitor gather information
Communicate with related Dept. to control the work process that relate to poultry research work
Training poultry R&T members to improve their knowledge
Making weekly /monthly as well as final technical report
2/ Transfer new technology concept applying for poultry products to sales team and customers
3/ Technical slides preparation for training
4/ Support other Depts. (MKT/Sales/QC; QA …)
5/ Other work be assigned by BOD
Job Requirement
- PhD of Poultry husbandry or Veterinary.
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Proficient in poultry feed.
- Have a good understanding of the domestic poultry farming market.
- Familiar with the latest technologies being applied in poultry feed.
- Propose solutions to enhance farming efficiency for the company's clients.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Able to withstand work pressure.
- Willing to travel to provinces regularly and carry out tasks at farms.
