ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Textile industry, is looking for Accounts Executive high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Salary: Negotiable
• Report to: Finance Controller

MAIN DUTIES

• Data Entry: Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits.
• Accuracy and Verification: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and ensuring accurate output.
• Record Keeping: Maintain effective record-keeping practices by organizing files and collecting information for future use.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial data with utmost confidentiality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team, Finance Manager and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Degree in Finance & Accounts
• 1 - 3 years data entry work experience, ideally as a Data Entry Operator or in Accounts Department, freshers can also apply.
• Familiarity with MS Office and data programs as SAP.
• Should be able to speak English.
• Basic administrative skills.
