QUALITY ENGINEER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Plating industry and is looking for a QUALITY ENGINEER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Duong
  
• Salary: Up to 23 mil VND (Gross)
• Report to: Quality Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Set details guidelines on what needs to be checked and what are the quality standards.
• Establish or improve procedures, quality standards, process controls, inspections method. 
• Provides quality engineering support for in-progress and final acceptance projects. 
• Develop and maintain processes and implement systems that ensure the products and processes fulfill quality standards, meet safety regulations, and satisfy client expectation.
• Coordinates with internal and external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure compliance with process requirements.
• Coordinates with clients, customers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve problems with products. 
• Conducts or assists with performance and failure analysis of defective products or materials; identifies, recommends or executes corrective actions. 
• Responsible for controlling the quality of the installation and confirming that everything has been completed to specification and in proper order.
• Keep detailed records of product and equipment inspections, root cause analyses, corrective action plans and other reporting requirements. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 03 years of related experience required. 
• Intermediate written and communication in English. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organizations production processes. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required (Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality preferred).

- Overtime (if any): Calculated on total salary.
