QC MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Automotive industry and is looking for a QC MANAGER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

• Salary: 40 - 60 mil VND

• Working time: 7:20 - 16:34, from Monday to Friday with 2 Saturdays off

• Report to: QA Manager

• Subordinate: 1 Supervisor + 3 Leaders + 20 Operators. 

• Transportation support: Bien Hoa at 6:00AM/ district 2, Thu Duc at 6:30 AM.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure quality documentation are communicated to carry forward lessons learned from quality concern.

• Management of Quality control (QC) activities: ensure sufficient resource to do product/process inspection with quality and high efficiency.

• Work with Cross function Team for investigation and improvement to reduce rework and scrap rate.

• Management of Testing machine, Test Engineer, and Technician: ensure machine work effectively, ensure sufficient manpower.

• Management of New testing machine set up: Work with CFT and machine maker to ensure the set up and operating of new testing machine.

• Work on assignment of other quality fields in case of requirement: supplier quality management, quality engineering, QMS,…

• Transportation support: Bien Hoa at 6:00AM/ district 2, Thu Duc at 6:30 AM.

• PVI after probation for his/ her and wife/ husband.

• PVI for 2 children after 1 year working.
