QA HEAD

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Garment industry and is looking for a QA HEAD high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Nghe An

• Salary: $2500 - $3000 (Gross)

• Report to: General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Position Purpose:

• To provide right quality assurance service at required level for delivery at right time.
• Ensure product conformance to the Quality requirement of customers.

- Main Duties:

• Responsible for the QA/QC functions in the relevant section. 
• To directing objectives to maximize profitability and ensure departmental and sectional objective and work procedures are fulfilled and followed accordingly.
• To maintain open communication with personal on vertical and horizontal functions.
• To work closely with factory production on matters pertaining to product quality.
• To motivate and guiding subordinate in maintaining high job efficiency and lead the team to achieve high FPY/LAR and low OQL as part of company objective.
• To conduct departmental meeting periodically.
• Monitor skill matrix and determine training needs. Ensure the product quality meets buyer is specification and requirement.
• To continuous seeking improvements on product quality, service quality and time quality. 
• To update Quality Assurance manual from time to time, when needed. 
• To build and implement ISO 9001 procedures/work instruction at relevant level and function.
• Coordinate all internal and external audits. Ensure that all documentation meets audit requirements.
• To ensure that the employees at the respective function adhere to all relatival procedure/ SOP (Standard operation procedure) and WI (Work instruction).
• To reduce cost of quality in term of rework, claims and second grade quality.
• Analyze and address quality issues identified by customers.
• Responsible for the enforcement of company is internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the management.
• To ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation always.
• Any other duties may assign by management time to time.

• Master / B. Sc Degree in Quality/ Production/ Manufacturing/ Statistical Management or Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA. Department.

• Team Player, open mind for new concepts and ideas.

• Good sense of responsibility & time reporting with quick action.

• Willing to share knowledge & train up people.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Fluent in English.
• Open to Expat.

• Salary including basic salary + responsibility allowance, petrol, car, phone, seniority, raising children + often quality of work + monthly KPI bonus.
