Job Description

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Automotive industry who is looking for PROJECT LEADER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

  • Working location: Dong Nai province
  • Report to: Project Section manager

Target and Purpose

  • Lead the project, working with the Key Account Management and coordination interface for CFT team.
  • Product support during series production (EC).
  • Responsible for the APQP Process.
  • Management, motivation and development of project team.

Target

  • Projects on time with in the approved budget.

Process activities / Main functions

  • RFQ files provided to KAM or GM.
  • Communication with KAM or customer to make clear of all customer requirements.
  • Internal kick off meeting, CFT team build and information transferring( customer requirement, timing, target).
  • Project process control (including budget, timing, quality and sourcing).
  • Internal project communication with CFT members.
  • PPAP files collection and submit.
  •  Risk management.
  • Customer audit support.
  • Engineering change(from customer) process control.
  • Whole project APQP process management.
  • Support after SOP.
  • Project status report to managing director.

What powers and competences has the / job owner? 

  • Team member build.
  • Request of information supply or support from all CFT members.
  • Suggestions to KPI of all CFT members.
  • Evaluation of the performance of all CFT members during project development.
  • Set up meeting to support project management.
  • Training request for better project management skills.
  • Decision make during project management.

Responsibility

What responsibility does the / the job owner?

  • Project management( budget, timing, quality and sourcing).
  • Risk estimation and control.
  • Project status report to managing director.
  • Customer audit or visit support.

Communication structure

With whom the job holder of works internally and externally together?

  • Internal: Technical,Quality,Sales,Finance,HR, IT,MPL, Customer Service, Production, Maintenance
  • External: KAM, Customers,Supplier

Job Requirement

Qualifications

  • Project management experience (Automotive Industry )
  • Good communication skills
  • Good speaking, written skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of carbon fiber industry
  • Knowledge of risk control
  • Good attitude to challenges and pressures
