PRODUCTION SECTION MANAGER

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in AUTOMOTIVE industry who is looking for PRODUCTION SECTION MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

Working location: Dong Nai 
Salary: Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing production floor layout, material flow, time study, line balancing, labor, WIP standard, line supply plan, shelves, trolleys, in plant boxes, and bins for each process to achieve Lean Manufacturing target each year.
• Studying overall production capacity, identify bottleneck (constraint), and apply I.E. techniques to maximize productivity with optimum level of resources.
• Periodically validating standard time, identifying the gap and inputting the update standard time in ERP for business reporting and further estimation.
• Implementing and conforming to company business operating procedures, customer requirements, industry standard, laws and regulations.

• Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
• Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
• Excellent in speaking and writing English
• Ready to work in highly competitive environment, tight schedules & deliver stiff targets
• Quick-mind, strong decision-making (take response on personal decision)
• Ability to work independently

• Salary: Negotiable
