PRODUCTION MANAGER (VENEER)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Furniture industry (multinational company) and is looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER (VENEER) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh - Tay Ninh - Binh Duong
• Working time: Monday - Saturday

• Salary: $3000 - $3500 gross or Negotiable
• Report to: Regional Project Manager (Foreigner)
• Interview: 2 rounds

Main Duties:

• Check the log quality received and submit quality report.

• Schedule the logs for slicing with slicing factory and liaise with the factory.

• Check the log cooking recipe if it is correct, must know at least 10 main species log cooking recipe, especially American and European species.
• Details will be discussed during the Interview.

• At least 5 years of experience working as Production Manager in Furniture/ Wood industry.
• Must be able to grade and clip sliced veneer as per specification

• Extensive knowledge in veneer slicing production

• Able to know problem in production and solve it in the production

• Veneer grading skill, slicing, flitching and cooking

• Able to work long hours and cope with work pressure

• Able to work with production team and manage staff under him/ her

• Must be able to solve problem arising from production or human error
• Good at English or Chinese.
• Open for Chinese/ Taiwan Expat candidates.

• Salary: $3000 - $3500 gross or Negotiable.

• 13th month salary.

• Others will be discussed during the interview.
