PRODUCTION MANAGER (Garment)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Garment/Leather industry who is looking for high qualified candidates for PRODUCTION MANAGER position at the moment.

• Working location: Long Thanh 
• Working time: Monday - Friday (2 Saturday/month)

- Daily management of activities

- Plan & manage production activities to ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct planning of production capacities

- Responsible for production output as per quality standards, cost effectiveness and on-time delivery

- Ensure perfect quality standards according to customer expectations

- Directly maintenance necessary activities in production to avoid sabotage, damage, lost tools

- Monitor operations and propose corrective actions

- Ensure training/ on-going training is performed for employees on continuous improvement mindsets and develop qualified staff

- Supervise and motivate staff

- Ensure that health and labour safety policies & procedures are respected and followed

- Responsible for creating and executing a culture of continuous improvement

- Optimize complex processes or systems to eliminate waste of time, materials, man-hours, machine time, evergy and other resources that improve quality and productivity.

•  From 5-10 year-experience working in production and at least 3 years in management roles in factories of shoes, garment, bags, leather goods, handmade products
• Sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•  Team player, good time-management, great interpersonal and communication skills

•  Salary: $2000 - $2500
