PRODUCTION & FASHION TECH DESIGN TEAM MANAGER

Production & Fashion Tech Design Team Manager (Remote and Part Time - Flexible Schedule)
We're looking for a part-time manager for a lingerie and cosplay company.

Who We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is:

• Competitive and motivating, helping the team stay on track
• Good at tracking progress and making sure deadlines are met
• Someone who does not give up easily and finds solutions to problems
• Adaptable and quick to solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Set and manage KPIs – Create clear goals to track team success
• Motivate team members in tech design team– Keep the team accountable and performing at their best
• Oversee work – Make sure tasks and projects are completed on time and at a high standard
• Build and improve systems – Help create and update SOPs (standard procedures)
• Work in a fast-paced startup – Adapt quickly and solve problems efficiently
• Support CEO with assistant tasks – May include shipping products to content creators or the team in China
• Find and communicate with factories – Build good relationships with factories and ensure deadlines are met
• Innovate and improve workflows – Suggest and implement better ways to work
• Create teams - Hire, interview, and train employees when needed
• Manage Costs - Audit and find ways to reduce costs in things like shipping fees

• 3+ years of experience working with fashion tech design teams (must understand product creation and industry terms)
• 3+ years of experience working with factories (know how to place orders, create contracts, and ensure deadlines are met)
• Existing connections with fashion factories in Vietnam
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Good with computers and programs to create documents and learn our task system Asana
• Able to type in English

• Flexible Schedule (Minimum 25 hours per week)
