OUTSOURCING MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Furniture industry and is looking for a OUTSOURCING MANAGER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Duong
• Salary: $1800 - $2000 (Gross)

MAIN DUTIES:

• Identify and assess potential external vendors for outsourcing partnerships.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to establish favorable contracts that align with the company's goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to determine outsourcing needs and develop strategies for efficient outsourcing processes.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of external vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of outsourced products.

• Managing a team who work with vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget requirements

• Maintain strong relationships with outsourcing partners and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the collaboration.

• Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify new outsourcing opportunities and continuously improve the outsourcing network.

• Provide reports on outsourcing status.

• Other tasks will be assigned by BOD.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.

• At least 3 years of experience in outsourcing management or vendor relations within the High-end Furniture industry.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in project management and supply chain principles.

• Fluent in English

• Salary: $1800 - $2000
• Shuttle bus.
