MARKETING MANAGER (Smartphone)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Hi-tech industry who is looking for high qualified candidates for MARKETING MANAGER (Smartphone) position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh city
• Working time: Monday - Friday

- Working with BOD to consult and set the marketing strategy for the business in order to achieve company’s objectives.

- Building and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that include PR, Digital, Content, Community, Key Account Marketing, Media booking staff in each product/ campaign.

- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.

- Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to BOD.

- Negotiating and liaising with third-party such as Government departments, Media, E-commerce, Event and Marketing agencies.

- Building and managing the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.

- Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as product launching, sponsorship project, trade shows, conferences...

- Working closely with SEA Marketing team to align regional Marketing campaigns as well as Brand positioning.

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and at least 2 years in Manager position.

- Love technology / smartphone, Technology/ Smartphone background is preferable

- Experience in building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.

- Strong project management skills, communication skill, problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.

- English with professional working proficiency, Chinese with basic communication is a plus.

- Be familiar with and have an understanding of Marketing profession, including paid, owned and earned media, how webinars and online promotion fit into this in general.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the other departments in the organization.

- Ability to travel as necessary.
