MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Marketing & Sell-Out Activation: Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to accelerate sell-out across pet shops, modern trade, and veterinary clinics; standardize in-store displays, POSM, sampling campaigns, and equip the distributor sales team with essential trade tools.
• Local Brand Building: Localize the global brand identity and positioning for the Vietnamese market; drive brand presence through industry exhibitions (Pet Fair, InterPetFest), and monitor competitor movements.

• Digital & Online Marketing: Build and manage the local website and social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo); develop localized content, cultivate KOC/pet community networks to boost brand trust and direct traffic to stockists.

• Planning & Budget Management: Develop the annual Vietnam marketing plan and campaign calendar; oversee local budget allocation, evaluate marketing ROI, and deliver periodic performance reports to both the distributor and brand HQ.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or channel activation 

• Demonstrated strength in offline trade marketing: field execution, in-store activation, and distributor collaboration with a strong sell-out mindset.

• Hands-on digital brand marketing capability: social media management, content creation, website stewardship, and community building.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills: ability to track sell-through data and optimize underperforming retail doors.

• Professional proficiency in either English or Chinese.

• Marketing experience in dog/cat food companies or 1+ year as a Marketing Manager in a pet food enterprise; familiarity with pet food import regulations in Vietnam.
