Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Agriculture - Feed industry who is looking for IT BUSINESS ANALYST  high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Job purpose

• Application development: directly consulting and analyzing development requirements from business units, ensuring complete and effective conversion of business unit requirements into application requirements.
• User support: directly support users in daily activities, ensuring users' problems are handled as quickly as possible, meeting their business needs

Applications development

• Works with Business Leaders and key Users to identify needs, processes, outputs and requirements; facilitates development of project plan to ensure alignment with stakeholders and achievement of end goals.
• Manage documentations: create, edit and update existing documentation, new processes and customizations as required.
• Ensure users are adequately trained in those business applications.
• Identify improvements and propose system/process change/improvement for the SAP and other applications.
• Apply new technologies and frameworks to design flexible solutions that are suitable for the company's business.

User support

• L2, L3 level support with assigned requirements
• Be the first-point contact for troubleshoot, and resolve issues/challenges related to business applications from users within the company.

Company main business applications:

• ERP (SAP B1)
• SFA
• HRM
• WORKPLACE

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of business analyst experience. Experience in operating SAP (B1) is preferred.
• Having knowledge of SQL systems (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL.), ERP, ASP.NET and C#.
• Can communicate in English.
• Preference will be given to candidates working in internal companies
• Passionate for technology innovation and interest in searching, recommending effective solutions.

• Salary: 15 - 20 mil (Gross)
• Insurance is paid at the rate specified by the company.
