HR Specialist

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Garments industry who is looking for HR Specialist to support our client HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient prodution operations.

• Work at: Ho Chi Minh City
• Report: Managing Director (Indians)
• Working time: Monday - Saturday

 Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Manage recruitment & selection by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts; acquiring talents; maintain talent pool. 
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Organize training and raise awareness for employees about occupational safety.
• Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 03 - 05 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the Garment industry.
• Experience working in a startup environment is an advantage.
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Fluently in English communication. 

• Salary: 20.000.000 VND - 23.000.000 VND + Benefit.
