HR DIRECTOR (Hotel Chain)

Red Orange's Client is a big cooperation that specializes in Hotel chain industry is looking for a HR Director high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Report to: BOD
  

Responsibility:

• Managing and operating the entire human resources of the Group's Hotel/ Resort.

• Developing human resource plans, policies and guide the implementation according to the Group's guidelines.

• Developing annual headcount plans and control the implementation of recruitment plans of Hotel/ Resort, ensuring to meet the requirements of quality, quantity and time

• Developing, managing, controlling and implementing annual, quarterly and monthly training plans suitable for each Hotel/ Resort of the Group.

• Presiding over the building and implementation of corporate culture according to the Group's orientation.

• Advise the Board of Directors on personnel issues to achieve high efficiency and ensure compliance.

• Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Law/ Business Administration or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in the position of Group Human Resources Director/ Manager in 4-5 star hotel or restaurant chains. 
• Having experience in HR management and HR operations in hotel and restaurant chains.
  

• Experience in training and development programs in 4-5 star Hotel/ Resort.
• Fluent in English.

• Ability in public speaking confidently, logically and persuasively.

• Have a strategic vision.

• High sense of responsibility, independence and creativity in work.

• Conflict resolution skills, aglieprofessional and gentle demeanor.

• Having vision, strategic thinking, business acumen.

• Ability to manage, lead and make decisions.

• Team building: teamwork skills, know how to orient and promote the team's capacity for common goals.

Salary: Negotiable
