HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Key Responsibilities

• Production Operations & Delivery: Own daily execution across all departments; partner with PPC on master planning, line balancing, and capacity optimization to ensure OTD.
• HSE Compliance: Maintain a safe environment, manage risk assessments, drive safety culture, and pass all HSE audits.
• Quality Management: Drive defect prevention, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and process standardization (SPC).
• Cost & Industrial Engineering: Manage production budget, improve labor productivity, optimize material yield (lumber, fabric, foam), and reduce waste.
• Lean & Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean initiatives (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED) across all production lines.
• Maintenance & Asset Utilization: Partner with Maintenance on predictive upkeep, OEE monitoring, and downtime reduction.
• People Leadership: Coach and develop the production management team; manage workforce performance, succession planning, and retention.
• Key Authorities
• Approve production plans, resource allocation, and priorities.
• Approve operational SOPs, process changes, and CAPA plans.
• Manage approved budget; propose CAPEX investments and cost-saving projects.
• Make decisions on performance management, coaching, and recruitment recommendations for key team members.
