Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the INDUSTRIAL ESTATE  industry who is looking for HEAD OF M&E high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

• Work at: Nghe An

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Leading & Managing the team members to achieve the KPIs of dept.

• Plan for supplying, operating power system of Industrial park, city.

• Coordinate with other depts. of Construction, W&STP, PCCC… for basic design and project developments.

• Coordinate & work closely with design consultant, local government depts. to give out effective action plan.

• Make plan and monitor the project progress, Contractors and sub-contractors; Evaluate the issue and solve the problem on time.

• Plan & Arrange for the maintenance, warranty and fix problems related to M&E systems, Air-conditioning, Fire protection system in Industrial Park.

• Weekly & monthly reporting to BOD; performing other tasks required by Board of Director.

• Graduated from full-time university majoring in: Electrical Engineering or/and Electronic, automation Engineering.
• At least 5-10 years experiences in big projects.
  

• Leadership and Planning mindsets, skillsets’ is preferred.

• Mastery and proficiency in the drawings related to electrical systems, electrical net, electronic.

• Experienced in operate the Substation 220kv; relocate the electrical lines is advances.

• Strong in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and PowerPoint.

• Well presentation and communication in both Vietnamese & English.

- Salary: Negotiable
