BOD'S OFFICE EXECUTIVE (ISO AND RISK)

• Work at: Nghe An
• Salary: $500 gross 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• To in charge for ISO system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
• To be in charge for risk management system
• To support BOD for schedule and record meetings, company activities, events, working calendar with other depts. 
• Set up meetings, events, conferences…
• Receive and submit documentation for GD/DGD’s signature
• Do other administrative work, clerk works as assigned by BOD/head of dept.

• Educational qualifications: Diploma in university (Languages, Environment, Economic…)
• Experiences in ISO/ risk management (have experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 is preferred)
• Experience in admin, clerk is basic requirement.
• Proficiency in English
• Good at presentation skill and communication skill
• Good at Office computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point)

• Salary: $500 gross
