HEAD OF LEGAL (IPO FOCUS)

• Working schedule: Monday - Friday
• Reports to: CFO & Board of Directors

As the company accelerates toward a targeted IPO by end-2026, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Legal to partner closely with senior leadership in shaping governance, structure, and regulatory readiness for the public markets.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to step into a first-in-function leadership role with direct visibility to the CFO and Board.

Key Responsibilities

IPO & Governance

• Support the company’s IPO process, working closely with regulators, sponsors, and external advisors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key IPO documentation, including prospectus materials, underwriting agreements, and corporate disclosures.
• Advise internal stakeholders on listing requirements, securities regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee legal due diligence and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory obligations.
• Prepare and review legal reports, board resolutions, and corporate documentation supporting IPO readiness.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic legal guidance to senior leadership.

Corporate & Strategic Advisory

• Advise leadership on corporate and regulatory matters
• Support strategic transactions, partnerships, and commercial structuring
• Draft and negotiate key commercial agreements

Risk & Compliance

• Establish internal legal and compliance policies
• Monitor regulatory exposure across operations
• Implement scalable legal processes to support rapid growth
