GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Footwear Industry who is looking for Global Account Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, market share and customer satisfaction. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Working location:  Long Thanh_Dong Nai
• Salary: 3.000 - 5.000 USD

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.

• Manage key accounts on a global scale and develop continuous growth strategies for future pipeline development. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

• Develop and maintain account plans and strategies for each account, including identifying new business opportunities.

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to address needs, propose new ideas, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products, services. 

• 5+ years’ experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in the Apparel or Footwear verticals.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and principles of relationship building.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and goals.

• Experience in developing and executing global account plans.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to think strategically and proactively to collaborate with clients to build strong partnerships.

• Fluency in English and Chinese

• Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

• Salary: 3.000 - 5.000 USD
