GENERAL MANAGER (CHINESE)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Enterprise Software & Cloud Solutions industry and is looking for General Manager (Chinese) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Based on overall overseas strategy, formulate and continuously optimize the business development plan and annual operating plan for the Vietnam market. Define target industries, market positioning, and growth paths to drive the Vietnam branch from its current foundation to a higher scale.

• Sales Target Achievement: Take full responsibility for the sales of ERP and cloud products in the Vietnam market. Lead the team to achieve core operating indicators such as annual contract value, payment collection, and customer satisfaction, and continuously increase market share.

• Key Account Acquisition: Personally lead teams to tackle mid-to-large local enterprises in Vietnam, uncover customers' digital transformation needs, develop personalized marketing plans, create more industry benchmark cases, and further consolidate brand influence in the Vietnam market.

• Channel System Improvement & Expansion: On the basis of existing channel partners, further expand and optimize the local channel network. Improve the tiered management system and optimize the full-process mechanism for partner recruitment, empowerment, assessment, and incentives to build a healthier and more efficient channel ecosystem.

• Deep Empowerment of Partners: Continuously provide product training, pre-sales support, and delivery guidance to channel partners to enhance their independent customer acquisition and delivery capabilities. Promote a steady increase in the contribution ratio of channel business and ensure the sustainable development of the channel system.

• Team Expansion & Management: Expand the local sales and operations teams in Vietnam according to business development needs. Responsible for talent recruitment, training, daily management, and performance appraisal to build a stable and efficient localized combat team.

• Cross-departmental Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources from various departments within the group (product, delivery, marketing, finance) to ensure the smooth implementation and high-quality delivery of projects in the Vietnam market.

• Compliant Operations & Risk Control: Ensure all business activities of the branch comply with Vietnamese local laws and regulations and group compliance requirements. Establish business risk early warning and response mechanisms, and regularly report operating conditions to headquarters.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time institution. Majors in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.

• Experience:

  • 8+ years of total B2B sales experience.

  • 5+ years of frontline sales experience specifically in the ERP or Enterprise Management Software industry (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Yonyou, Kingdee, Inspur).

  • 3+ years of sales team management experience, preferably as Country Manager, General Manager of an overseas branch, or managing multinational teams.

  • Deep familiarity with ERP product functions, SaaS delivery models, and enterprise IT procurement decision-making processes.

• Languages (Mandatory): Proficient in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Vietnamese
