FINANCE CONTROLLER

Dear Our Valued Connections, Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Garment industry who is looking for Finance Controller high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: Thu Duc City. 
• Salary: 2000 - 2500 USD
• Report to HongKong Office

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
• Monitor and maintain financial health, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including tax planning, reporting, and filing.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Finance Controller/ Finance Manager in an international company, preferably in candidates worked at manufacturing industry.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of P&L preparation, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in using Vietnamese and ERP/ SAP software and MS Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• In-depth understanding of tax regulations and experience in tax planning and compliance.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Remuneration: Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
• Personal leave: 12 days/year, plus 1 day every 5 consecutive years; 11 public holidays per year; subject to changes in Vietnamese labor law.
