ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in FMCG industry who is looking for high qualified candidate for (Export) Head of Sales position at the moment.

• Working Location: HCM city/ The Western of Vietnam, support transportation.

• Report to Local CEO with a view to further growing key national and international markets
• You will inherit a number of existing international markets whilst also targeting new business in other regions
• The role offers great autonomy and the chance to shape a sales strategy, overall budget and build the account base. It’s also a highly incentivised role with the opportunity to be rewarded well financially
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to support sales growth
• Driving and retaining distribution
• Drive distribution of existing products and new products
• Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms and promotions within business guidelines
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products market position and brand strategy
• Representing the company with the highest of standards at all time

• At least 5 years’ experience in the same position
• Represent company in a personable style with a positive attitude
• A willingness to strive to be the best version of yourself and exceed company expectations
• Energetic, determined, driven and hungry for success with a passion and energy for sales
• To travel extensively
• Commercial approach to business and have experience in other functions such as operations, logistics and supply chain
