ERP COORDINATOR

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Automotive industry who is looking for  ERP COORDINATOR  high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Report to: MANAGING DIRECTOR
• Develops a strong understanding of all system functions within the SAP B1 & MES area to effectively support production and manufacturing.

AC-P-03 Information System Management:

• Project Leader for the SAP rollout.
• Preparation and implementation of the SAP rollout for the location Vietnam.
• Responsible for master data processing and maintenance in SAP.
• Test and training of the developed system solutions.
• Responsible for the coordination and verification of the respective key users.
• Central point of contact for all SAP matters (support of key users and contact persons for all departments).
• Access and Adjust SQL Server with necessary.
• Assign work to IT Assistant Engineer/IT Engineer.
• Adjust user access authority with approve of superiors.
• Sign at Document with ERP/MES/Internal communication/Others Apply Sheets.

Responsibility

• Coordinates with Engineering Planning and Manufacturing to resolve routing, work center, and master data issues.
• Updates WIP production orders.
• Troubleshoots errors to resolve system issues.
• Supports the Production & MES Key User with process improvement projects.
• Assists with processing production Non-Conformances.

Communication structure

• Intern: ALL ERP/MES User
• Extern (outside from the Company): System Vendor, Consultant, Government office, potential job seeker.

• Good Management/Communication Skill. 2
• Oral Communication with English is necessary. 2

Experience / Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production control environment
• ERP system knowledge is essential, experience with SAP is preferred

• Salary: $1800 & Negotiable.
