DEALER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company specialize in vehicle Manufacturing industry in Vietnam and is looking for Dealer Development Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Headcount: 2

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Network Development: Lead the development, evaluation, negotiation, and signing of new dealers in the Vietnam market to build a robust local sales channel network.
• Channel Management: Manage existing dealers, effectively deliver commercial and sales policies, empower partners, and drive the execution of channel sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive research on the Vietnamese auto market and competitor dynamics; provide front-line insights and feedback to support localized marketing initiatives.
• Partner Relationship: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealers to ensure long-term alignment with Company's brand standards and business goals.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in channel/distributor management within the automotive, machinery, or related heavy industries.
• Education: Undergraduate degree (Bachelor's degree) or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese. Fluency in English is a strong plus.
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, relationship management, communication, and market analysis skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam for channel development, market surveys, and partner visits.
