Job Description

The Country Manager will lead and oversee the day-to-day activities related to the operations of  (operated by The Jump Network) call center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, focusing on the Vietnamese American market. This role is responsible for directing, developing, managing, and motivating team members involved in sales, marketing, customer support, and call center operations. The Country Manager ensures the achievement of revenue targets, growth plans, and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans for to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, customer satisfaction goals, and call center performance metrics.

2. Oversee the sales, marketing, customer support, and call center teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, travel agencies, and local partners.

4. Monitor market trends, competition, customer feedback, and call center performance to inform decision-making and strategy development.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.

6. Recruit, train, and develop team members, providing regular feedback and support to foster a high-performance work environment.

7. Implement and monitor call center performance metrics, including call answer rate, first call resolution, customer satisfaction, conversion rate, and abandoned call rate.

8. Collaborate with the regional and global teams to share best practices, learnings, and insights.

9. Represent  at industry events, conferences, and other relevant.

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on the Vietnamese American market.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and call center technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies, marketing plans, and call center performance management.

Skills & Experience

  • Management.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.

Good to have

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Country Manager, Call Center Manager, or similar position.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules.

Benefits

  • Salary: 40mil - 70mil (gross)
