COST CONTROLLING MANAGER

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Home Appliances Industry who is looking for COST CONTROLLING MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: Dong Nai
• Salary: Negotiable

DESCRIPTION:

• Work in conjunction with factory and relevant departments to ensure maximum profitability.
• Provide critical assessment of all budgets and costs for factory and platform departments.
• Collaborate with factory to strategize ways to minimize production waste and loss.
• Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts to factory profitability.
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
• Work with relevant departments and propose clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.
• Monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved annual Budget.
• Prepare and Analyze Sales and Material Margin report and forecasts by weekly and monthly updates.
• Prepare of annual budget, forecast, and Cost Management plan including updates for approval by Top Management.
• Follow up and Control the Annual Budget. Monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved annual Budget.
• Provide budget updates in such form and with such details as may be requested by the Top Management.
• Inventory management and Follow up of all production issues and monitor their cost impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience working in manufacturing cost control.
• Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, SAP system.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills.
• Able to generate budgets and reports.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.

• Salary: Negotiable.
