BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Mattress industry and is looking for a Business Unit Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
  
• Interview: 2 rounds
• Manage: 4 executives

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage business development and alliances with partners and vendors.

• Support the overall vision, strategy, and execution plan for partnerships to drive incremental growth.

• Manage the entire life cycle of focused channels – Develop, Enable, Strategize, Engage, Enactment and Governance.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing & potential partners through regular engagement, sharing information on market, product & company developments which build trust, mutual respect & bring in transparency.

• Problem Solver, display maturity, leadership and business accountability.

• Support regional and local marketing, purchasing, office administration, import and export processes.

• Support events, exhibitions and perform light business travelling in ASEAN.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in profit centers or business units preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Fluent in English

• Salary: 2000 USD
