Dear Our Valued Connections, Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Agriculture industry who is looking for Banana Cultivation Specialist highly qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Report to: Farm Manager

• Salary: 1.000 - 2.000 USD (Gross)

• Location: Koun Mom District & Snuol District (Cambodia)

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Provide advice to the Complex Management Board on layout diagrams, technical procedures, and machinery and equipment for banana cultivation.

• Participate in compiling, commenting, and improving the banana cultivation technical documentation system.
  

• Implement the published production standards, regulations, and technical procedures.

• Train banana cultivation techniques for technicians and employees.

• Control compliance with banana cultivation standards, regulations, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree or above in the fields of Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Protection, Crop Science, Crop Production, or Plant Breeding.

• Work experience: 5 years or more in the field of Agriculture, fruit cultivation at large-scale plantations.

• Preference for candidates with work experience at large plantations in the Philippines.

• Can communicate in English.

• Salary: $1000 - $2000 gross.
