Vice President of HR (Real Estate)

ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in Real Estate & Construction industry, looking for high qualified candidate for DESIGN TEAM LEADER position at the moment.

• Working Location: HCMC

Main duties:

- Responsible to operate all HR including compensation & benefits management, recruitment, reward & remuneration for the whole group.

- Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.

- Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.

- Influence Management and Leadership around the people agenda and issues.

1. Qualification:

- University degree of: Human Resources Management / Economics. BA related field.

2. Working Experience:

Years of experience: Minimum of 15 Years general experience, with 5 years experience at management level (Senior HR Manager) with multinational organizations.

3. Expertise:

- Advanced time management and organizational skills.

- Advanced understanding of the principles of labour and employment legislation within the relevant jurisidiction (s).

- Advanced written and spoken communication skills

- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage change with a strong results-orientation.

- Strong Interpersonal & analysis skills

- Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required.
