SENIOR SEO/ SEO MANAGER

Red Orange's partner, a company in the Advertising & Events industry, is currently seeking a candidate for the position of SENIOR SEO/SEO MANAGER with the following details:

Location: Cambodia

Salary: From $2500 and above (depending on interview performance)

Interview: 2 rounds online

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design SEO strategies, including content optimization methods, layout optimization, link optimization, and sitemap optimization. 
• Adjust the company's SEO strategy to meet new business needs, monitor industry changes, and update the technical requirements of search engines. 
• Update and implement new SEO strategies to ensure that the website is always up to date with the latest search engine requirements. 
• Research keywords used by customers to search for the company's products or services, and optimize website content to be more search engine-friendly. Manage content to make the website attractive and valuable to customers. 
• Manage and optimize product information, product descriptions, blog posts, videos, images, and other content. Manage backlinks, increase the website's credibility through links (backlinks) from reputable websites. 
• Evaluate linking websites and create strategies to increase the number of links. Optimize user experience on websites, including optimizing page load speed and designing user-friendly websites. 
• Measure and analyze SEO-related metrics such as traffic, credibility, website ranking, and other metrics, and analyze data to provide detailed analysis and propose improvements in SEO strategy. 
• Monitor new trends to ensure that the company's search engine optimization strategy always achieves the best results. 
• Manage and supervise the activities of SEO specialists, content writers to achieve optimization goals. Training and managing staff.

• At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position in Advertising, Marketing. Previously worked in a Senior/Manager position at the nearest company. 
• Analytical and data evaluation skills. 
• Ability to plan and manage time. Understanding of search engine optimization methods and tools, leadership skills, and information dissemination. 
• Propose SEO strategy: in-depth understanding of SEO principles and techniques, and propose search engine optimization strategies for the company's websites. 

• Salary from $2500 (negotiable during the interview).
