SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST - OOH

Red Orange is currently representing a strategic client – a leading company in the Out-of-Home Advertising (OOH) industry, and is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Sales Specialist.

Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience (competitive and attractive package)

Job Description 

– Identify, approach, and develop B2B client opportunities across SMEs and key accounts.

– Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying needs and proposing tailored advertising solutions.

– Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and contract execution.

– Drive revenue performance and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

– Ensure effective post-sales follow-up, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.

– Monitor contract execution and support collection of receivables.

– Prepare regular sales reports and contribute ideas to improve team and business performance.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience in Advertising, Media, Digital, or OOH.

– Attractive, uncapped income package (base salary + commission + bonuses), with base salary starting from VND 12–15 million/month (negotiable based on experience).
