SENIOR CONTRACTS AND COMMERCIAL MANAGER

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Real Estate/ Construction industry who is looking for high qualified candidates for SENIOR CONTRACTS AND COMMERCIAL MANAGER position at the moment.

• Working location: Ha Noi
• Report to: COO (Foreigner)
• Working time: Monday - Friday

Key Duties:

1. Plan, direct and oversee pre and post development functions entrusted to the Contracts & Commercial Division.

2. Formulate policies and procedures on selection of Contractors, procurement and awards of contracts & post contract administration.

3. Oversee the establishment of project construction budget, cost control.

4. Assist in rendering contractual advice to other HODs, if necessary.

5. Assist Business Development to provide cost data for their feasibilities studies.

6. Liaise with Company Lawyer on all matters requiring legal input.

7. Assist in the recruitment of staff.

8. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

+

- Qualifications : Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Technology.

- Experience : More than 10 years related working experience.

- Specific skills / abilities : Knowledge of computer applications, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Personal qualities : Good leadership qualities, able to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented.

- Salary: $3000 - $5000
