SALES SUPPORT LEADER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Feed industry and is looking for a Sales Support Leader high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Salary: up to 25mil VND 
• Working time: Monday - Saturday (2 Saturdays off in month)
  
  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the Sales Director in managing the Sale Support Department (Manage 3 employees)
• Analyze operational reports, market conditions and thereby evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and propose improvement measures
• Research and develop new sales channels (Currently the company is using the SFA sales tool).
• Coordinate with sales staff to visit the company's customers, thereby capturing market information and supporting out-of-market activities (Southeast or Southwestern provinces)

• Graduated from University majoring in Animal Husbandry - Veterinary Medicine and related majors.
• Can communication by English
• Have at least 2 years of leadership and team development experience
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of business support in the field of Animal Husbandry - Veterinary Medicine
• Proficient in office information technology including Excel and Word
• Ready to go on business trips when required

• Pay social insurance on total salary.
• Accident insurance 24/24 for employees.
• Leave, holidays and company establishment date as prescribed.
• Provide breakfast and lunch at factories.
• Give birthday and gifts on holidays of the year.
• Annual travel.
• Paid leave on the day of company establishment.
• Support shuttle bus and business car outside the market.
• Support phone, laptop, car (according to company regulations).
