SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Fintech industry and is looking for a Sales Representative high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

The Sales Representative – South Sales Team is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients in the payment industry, supporting their needs, and generating new business opportunities through proposals and collaboration. This role is hands-on and requires fluent English to work effectively with both local clients and overseas partners.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and support existing client accounts in the payment sector.
• Act as the main contact point for clients in the South region.

Business Development

• Identify potential opportunities and propose solutions to clients.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work with internal teams (Technical, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support senior sales staff in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Report & Market Insight

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Collect and share market information to support sales strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the fintech sales sector and have relationships with customers in banks.
• Fluent English (mandatory) – spoken and written, able to work with overseas partners.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in payment/fintech/banking is an advantage).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
