Job Description

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Chemical industry and is looking for a highly qualified Sales Manager candidate for the position at the moment.

Working location:  Ho Chi Minh City
Report to: General Director / Regional Sales Director.

MAIN DUTIES:

Sales Leadership & Strategy
Lead teams to achieve company's sales and growth targets, including individual targets.
Understand market trends and needs to advise and implement appropriate business strategies.
Implement corporate initiatives from the Regional Sales Director to optimize performance.
Lead weekly sales meetings to manage sales volumes, pricing, complaints, and collections.

Business Development & Customer Management
Be responsible for sales activities, finding ways to increase revenue and customer base.
Own customer relationships with a view to continuous improvement.
Represent Sales during Head of Department meetings and work with other functions to resolve issues.

Financial & Risk Management
Accountable for the team's receivables collection and credit proposals to the Finance & Accounting Department.
Identify sales risks and implement corrective actions.
Prepare Weekly / Monthly / Annual Reports for the General Director and Regional Sales Director.

Team Training & Development
Establish a sales training program to develop both new and existing team members.
Perform other tasks as required by the Management Team.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience
Education: Graduated from University with a major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant fields.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a similar position within the Chemical field.

Technical Skills
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Deep knowledge of Sales and Services management skills.
Detailed understanding of the market, including industry scale, growth rates, competitors, and potential opportunities/threats.

Core Competencies
Excels in communication, people management, problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation.
Self-starter able to withstand high work pressure.
Willingness to go on business trips.
Ethical, enthusiastic, and exhibits logical thinking.
