SALES DIRECTOR (Automation)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Automation Industry who is looking for Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies to expand their business: 

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh city
• Working time: Monday - Friday
  
• Salary: Negotiable + bonus sales
• Report to: Chairman (Vietnamese)
• Interview: 2 rounds
• Products: Electrical and automation system integration
  

In this vital role, you will:

• Create and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to sales team members.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, preferably in Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience working as Sales Director/ Sales Manager in the Automation company.
• We prefer candidates with experience selling products to manufacturers in the Industrial or Food, Beverage fields.
  
• Strong organizational, goal-setting, analytical, and planning skills.
• Enthusiastic, with a high sense of responsibility and discipline, and the ability to handle high pressure.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.

• Salary: Negotiabel + bonus sales
