R&D SPECIALIST (SWINE NUTRITION)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Feed industry  and is looking for an R&D Specialist (Swine Nutrition) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: District 2, HCMC
• Salary: 20.000.000 - 25.000.000 VND/ tháng
• Working time: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Saturday), off 2 Saturdays a month
• Report to: R&D Manager
• Manage: 0 staff

MAIN DUTIES:

• 1. Conduct researches on swine to save production cost, improve performance and meat quality
  - Evaluate efficacy of new raw materials
  - Evaluate efficacy of new additives
  - Conduct trials for new feed products
  - Evaluate new solutions about nutrition, management and environment to reduce stress, diarrhea, mortality
• 2. Develop new feed products for piglets, growers, finishers and sow
  - Review about current formula of related products
  - Construct product concept based on customer’s demand and market situation
  - Make formula for new feed products
  - Train salesman about technical properties of new products
  - Introduce new products to customers
• 3. Technical support and troubleshoot for other BUs
  - Support to solve customer complaints about feed quality and nutritional-related-diseases
  - Visit customer farm, give suggestion and make report
• 4. Share information and knowledge to TIC members and other BUs
  - Prepare seminars & benchmarking
  - Training for salesman about feed, pig nutrition, and management
  

• Have a Master or Doctor degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
• At least 3 years of experience in swine nutrition, swine farm management or other areas related to swine.
• Intermediate level in English, can communicate fluently in English.
