R&D MANAGER (Poultry)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the livestock industry and is looking for a R&D MANAGER (Gia cầm) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Salary: Negotiable
• Report to: CEO 

MAIN DUTIES:

• Lead poultry research and support integration with farms.

• Develop and introduce new feed products.

• Develop new solutions for poultry rearing systems.

• Evaluate and manage poultry research projects.

• Apply new technologies to company operations.

• Standardize poultry production systems based on research.

• Troubleshoot production issues on farms.

• Collaborate with marketing, formulation, and poultry business units.

• Master, Ph.D. level in Animal Science

• Extensive experience in poultry feed formulation and the development of new products.

• Proficient in conducting field trials and/or managing poultry operations.

• Expertise in poultry feed nutrition and physiology.

• Intermediate-level proficiency in English.

• Knowledgeable in poultry physiology and husbandry.

• Pay social insurance on total salary Accident insurance 24/24 for employees.
• Leave, holidays and company establishment date as prescribed.
• Provide breakfast and lunch at factories.
• Give birthday gifts and gifts on holidays of the year.
• Annual travel.
• Paid leave on the day of company establishment.
• Support shuttle bus and business car outside the market.
• Support phone, laptop, car (according to company regulations)
